I folded my hands and fell to my knees
I bowed my head and said God please You killed me but yet I was still alive I couldn't stop bleeding until I was empty inside I drowned in a pool of my own blood It filled my room just like a flood Then I would wait for the blood on my wounds to dry And wipe the teardrops from my eyes You slowly cut my life apart The day you came and took my heart Now the memories of you and I haunt me like a ghost Good guys are the ones you should watch out for the most Once you let your guard down they'll burn you like toast They are like sun looks beautiful in the distance But hurts too much when it got closer |
